AI Training & Rollout

AI Adoption, Training & Governance for UK SMEs

Practical workshops, clear policies, and the right tools for your team. Not a slide deck about "the future of work."

Your team is already using AI. Some are using ChatGPT on their phones. Others are copying client data into free tools without thinking twice. The question isn't whether to adopt AI. It's whether you do it with a plan or without one. We run role-specific AI training workshops that teach your team to use tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude for the work they actually do. We also write your AI usage policy, build prompt libraries tailored to your workflows, and audit where AI can save the most time before you commit to any subscriptions.

    Questions

AI adoption and AI governance questions

Is it safe for staff to put client information into AI tools?

It depends on the account. Business plans such as ChatGPT Business, Claude Team and Microsoft 365 Copilot come with admin controls and contractual data protection that free personal accounts do not. The first step is knowing which accounts your staff are using. A shadow AI review finds that out.

Which AI tool should our business use?

Usually the one that fits the systems you already pay for. Microsoft 365 businesses often start with Copilot, Google Workspace businesses with Gemini, and teams that write, analyse or code heavily often prefer Claude or ChatGPT. Our comparison of Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude sets out the trade-offs.

Do we need an AI policy?

If anyone in the business uses AI for work, yes. A short policy tells staff which tools are approved, what information must never be entered and when a person must check the output. Our guide to writing an AI policy for a small business includes a template you can adapt.

    What does AI training involve?

Role-based workshops that use your real documents and tasks, not generic demonstrations. Operations staff learn different techniques from sales or finance staff. Each session ends with prompts and playbooks the team keeps using.

Will AI replace members of our team?

That is not what most small businesses are seeing. In a 2026 British Chambers of Commerce survey, 95% of SMEs using AI reported no impact on workforce size. The practical gain is time back from repeated writing, summarising and administration.

How do we know whether AI is worth the subscription?

We start with an opportunity audit that identifies specific tasks, then track usage and time saved after rollout. If a licence is not being used, we tell you, so you can stop paying for it.

    Ideal for

For teams already using AI without agreed rules.

    • Leadership teams who want AI to move past "someone tried ChatGPT".
    • Operations teams handling high volumes of documents, email and repeated administration.
    • Firms in regulated sectors that need AI adoption to be defensible.
